Cancellation is free if made at any time before 48 hours of the booked date. Cancellations made 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a fee of 40 CAD. Cancellations made on the same day will be charged 50% of the total cleaning cost. If our cleaners arrive at your location and no one is present, or if you choose to cancel at that time, you will be charged the full amount of your cleaning fee

However, to give a general idea, a 1-bedroom condo with one bathroom in a moderately clean state (having been thoroughly cleaned within the last 3 weeks) would typically take around 3 hours for a deep cleaning. Deep cleaning includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and washing the sink, stove, and bathroom.
